For their first and most memorable date they sat across each other at an Italian restaurant. The appetizer salad had fairly big pieces of lettuce and it's important to know that Josh likes to cut up his salads. Some people cut their Snickers with a knife and a fork (Seinfeld reference), Josh cuts his salads. She stared and looked at him oddly. She may have even thought, "He's trying too hard to impress me with his salad-eating skills". To prove a point she stuffed her face with a fork full of salad getting dressing all over her cheeks, nose, and chin. Needless to say, she now cuts her salads.
Where to even begin? Their engagement session was incredible and their warm and cozy fall harvest-themed wedding at Texas Old Town - Stone Hall was one to never forget. As soon as I met their families, it all came together. Josh + Nicolette's family are considered friends, and their friends are considered family. They love unconditionally and without hesitation. It's no wonder the first time Nicolette saw him around her family, she knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.
Congrats you guys! I have such a special place for my two new friends, and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for you. I know you'll be great, and with the guiding hand of those you love, there's nothing you cannot accomplish together.
