I met Clint + Kira at a Summer Moon. They told me about how they met through an online dating site right before Clint was about to deactivate his account. Messages turned into moments together, and moments turned to marriage. Kira and I immediately starting talking dresses, and she was debating between two completely different styles. I can't blame her, she makes everything look good. It wasn't until their engagement session when I asked Kira, "Wow! You're really good at this, have you ever modeled?" that she so bashfully responded "Yes".
Kira's not one of many words, but when she sent her gift to her soon-to-be husband before the ceremony, she gave him a journal she wrote in every week since he proposed. It doesn't get more personalized than that.
Half the day had flown by and Clint grabbed the microphone to raise a toast to his best friend and wife. He told us the story of their first kiss. It was their second date and they were sitting in the parking lot after dinner. He admits to having a "move" when it comes to the first kiss. They stare into each others eyes, slowly start to lean in and kiss. So as he started making "the move", Kira comes right in and plants it on him! He said it was at that moment he knew she found him to be someone special.
"To feel special like that was just the most wonderful feeling in the world. I'm so glad we've made this journey all the way here. I can't imagine what life was like before. She completes me that much." - Clint
The evening was full of surprises and laughter. DID YOU SEE THE CAKE?!?! Kira says cake tasting with Clint and his parents was one of the most memorable moments during the planning process. This is one thing he had lots of input in."It was nice to see him interested in the details".
My friends, thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your wedding day and for giving me the chance to bear witness to one of the most important days of your lives.
