I can't help but make this one sappy. Brianna and I met when we were 19 years old. I have this misconception that only the girls you grew up with throughout school can be your best friends, but we clicked immediately. Our first "date" included shopping at Lakeline Mall, Cheesecake Factory for dinner and dancing on the rooftop of the Arboretum parking garage overlooking the city. The doors to my Kia Soul were wide open, and the radio music was cranked all the way up. This was the basis and very beginning of our beautiful friendship. She'd spend the night at my tiny apartment often and we'd make plans to workout, but would just end up eating hot cheetos and junk food in our workout clothes. We'd talk about our past and our plans for the future, how she'd be a great mom and how she insisted she'd never have kids.
Forwarding to 6 years later. Here's baby number #2!
Love you Bri, Stephen, Saniah and baby Romeo!
